ab.today provides: — MRID: A free digital health record identity system. — abCare: Health checkup booking and specialist referral services. — abGlobal: International medical tourism coordination. Services are provided by medServe Private Limited.

3. MRID — Health Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of health information entered into your MRID. ab.today is not liable for clinical decisions made based on MRID data. MRID is a convenience tool, not a certified medical device.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 years or older to register. Parents may register on behalf of minors.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not: — Use ab.today for fraudulent or illegal purposes. — Attempt to access other users' health data. — Reverse engineer or copy our technology. — Upload malicious code or interfere with our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, medServe Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
