Our Story
Founded in Andhra Pradesh by medServe Private Limited, ab.today was born from a frustrating reality: hospitals across AP and Telangana were constantly receiving emergency patients with no medical history, no allergy information, and no next-of-kin contacts.
We built the Medical Record ID (MRID) system first — a free, lifelong digital health identity. From there, we expanded to preventive care coordination and international medical tourism, making India's world-class hospitals accessible to patients across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
ab.today is now a platform — MRID for emergency identity, abCare for preventive health, and abGlobal for international treatment coordination. Every service is designed around one principle: healthcare should be organised, accessible, and private.
